Who We Are
Plumcert is the gas safety and plumbing division of Utilities Combined Group, dedicated to providing CP12 certificates, boiler servicing and plumbing inspections across Hertfordshire.
Our Gas Safe registered engineers serve homeowners, landlords, estate agents and home buyers across Hertfordshire. As part of the Utilities Combined Group we draw on years of combined utility-services experience and a 5/5 Google rating from our parent group's listing.
Our Approach
